How to Enable Google Meet / Teams / Webex meetings on Zoom Rooms? | Direct Guest Join for Zoom Rooms
Hey, there! Nowadays, many people need to join a meeting through a 3rd party provider such as Webex, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, and they're using Zoom Rooms, so today I'll show you how to enable Direct Guest Join in order to help your users be wherever they need to be.
Before getting started, make sure your Zoom Rooms for Mac or Windows are running 5.13.0 or later, Zoom Rooms Appliances must be running 5.15.0 or higher, and your controller for Android / iOS / Windows must be running 5.13.0 or later.

Enabling 3rd party Interoperability for Several Rooms at Once (Location Hierarchy)
The best way to enable a feature for all rooms is through Location Hierarchy, but you can also enable it for only one room.
Sign in to Zoom web portal, and click on Room Management > Zoom Rooms.
Go over your location directory, and choose one location (floor) to enable the feature, I'll choose my place called Kevin Urena, but I can also select SEs or Americas, for instance.
On your location, click on Floor Settings.
Clik on Meeting tab.
Scroll down and look for Support Interoperability option or, just hit Ctrl + F and type on "Skype".
Enable Support Interoperability for Zoom Rooms setting. A verification dialog screen will pop up, select Enable button.
Ensure that Support and Show Screen boxes are checked.
Also, you will see Connection Method prioritization menu, I recommend you set Dial SIP as the higher priority, and Direct Guest Join as the second one and a back up, but it depends on your need.
Note: If CVI (Cloud Video Interop) were missed, Direct Guest Join would be used and acted as a back up.
In case you are looking for locking the setting, click on the padlock, and immediately, a verification dialog display will pop up, select Lock.
Now, nobody can change your setting at lower levels, they will see the following:
That's all!
Enabling 3rd party Interoperability for One Room
On Location Directory, choose your room.
Now, Click Room Settings, and then Meeting tab.
Scroll down and look for Support Interoperability option or, just hit Ctrl + F and type on "Skype" to find it. Enable support Interoperability for Zoom Rooms options, and ensure "Support and Show" boxes are checked.
Scroll down a little bit, and set Connection method prioritization as you prefer. I recommend you set Dial SIP as the higher priority, and let Direct Guest Join acts as a back up.
Note: If CVI (Cloud Video Interop) were missed, Direct Guest Join would be used and acted as a back up.
Click on Save button.
